The last trip with Micho

Just before leaving, micho needed a birth certificate
So he had to go to Beit-El-Dine to get it

In Chouf, Micho did a tour, went to Deir-El-Kamar,

drank water from the spring w heik, saw his grand-parents,
went to the Saydé...

And because i was unemployed at the time (in fact i was taking a vacation)

i was a little drunk the night before and i donno how, but here i was...
just under the Deir Dourit (Micho's village) sign, i was auto-stopping
and Micho picked me up

And then we called Hala to see if she's at home
in Jezzine.
And Michon comteplated the magnificent
panoramas of his
country before leaving to France
to study.

And the DOUZE zips through Mokhtara (ya kord), 3ayn Keni (Mazen from the army)

Then we arrived to Jezzine, we were greeted
by the princess of Jezzine, Hala, she gave us the big tour:
the spring, the cascade, the mini-Harissa...
and then she invited us to lunch at home for kebbe labaniyeh

And off we go to Abra, to see the Abdo brothers
who have been hiding from us from some time
Peter was busy with his mémoire, and Willy was simply busy

And then we went to Saida to the soap shop, (because soap keeps you clean)
the sea-castle was illuminated and the sunset was
really incredible! (and this photo too, if you don't look at the details)

Aamiq swamps, 17 september 2005
The protocole hike

Look what we caught in the Aamiq swamps! A strange creature dressed in red...

is it chaperon rouge? no, only her shirt is rouge. her scarf is blue...

anyways it's a good catch he he he

she was supposed to be for dinner but we kept her because she's funny like us. We called her Marie-Aimee (in short, Mariam aw Emmehh)

Sincerely, Tanios, Toufic and Toufic
